Before coaching, Aylwin led a $35M digital workstream in New Zealand’s largest public-sector transformation and spent 15+ years advising governments on complex infrastructure. With expertise in engineering, asset strategy, and capital planning, he’s driven national ERP rollouts and post-IPO systems. Today, he helps business owners turn strategy into execution—building scalable, systems-driven companies that create freedom. Calm and strategic, Aylwin cuts through complexity to help leaders scale sustainably and lead confidently. He holds an MBA, an engineering degree, and multiple certifications. Based in New Zealand with his family, Aylwin enjoys ocean swims, trail runs, and experimenting in the kitchen.
